NEW DISTRIBUTED RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE
Making the future of Micro and Nanofabrication a reality
15 – 17 MAY, Paris Saclay – France
International symposium on nanofabrication cleanroom operation, management and user training, organised every two years by the European consortium EURONANOLAB. The 3rd edition, ENRIS 2023, is organised in Paris-Saclay (FR) by the C2N laboratory – a member of the French network of academic cleanrooms RENATECH.
Enhance excellence by building superior processing competence.
Accelerate Research by process exchange and single-access point to nanofabrication RI and expertise.
Share competences by defining European standards in cleanroom procedures.
Strengthening cooperation by building an alliance between scientist and nanofabrication experts.
EuroNanoLab is a new distributed research infrastructure consisting of over 40 state-of-the-art academic nanofabrication centers across Europe. Its main vision is to accelerate research in the micro- and nanotechnology sector by enabling the transformation of a fragmented landscape of nanofabrication facilities into an integrated knowledge base supporting scientific excellence and providing researchers a fast-track to results.
