We would like to thank everyone who participated in our first EuroNanoLab Experts School focused on Dry Etching that took place on April 9-12 in the U Parkhotel at the campus of the University of Twente in Enschede, The Netherlands.
The School was joined by 102 registered participants from 18 different countries across Europe. The lectures were given by internationally recognized academic and industrial experts in the field. The courses primarily targeted engineers/researchers working in European cleanroom facilities and using dry etching techniques.
