New co-chair of the Dry Etch Expert Group

Oct 17, 2023

Djaffar Belharet from FEMTO is to join Andrei Avram as the co-chair of the EuroNanoLab Dry Etch Expert Group. We are happy to welcome Djaffar on board and we believe that he will be a great addition to the management of the group.

Currently, the group is continuously working on evolving a method for sharing etch recipes and equipment. The experts involved in the activities are working to develop a program based on common interests. This will allow in-depth discussions and continuous collaboration on new topics related to dry etching methods, as well as open up the possibility of expanding the cooperation within the group to tackle a broader range of processes and technologies.
