Call for papers – International Semiconductor Conference – CAS 2024

The 47th edition of the International Semiconductor Conference – CAS 2024, an IEEE event, will take place in the period October 9-11, 2024 in the historical mountain resort of Sinaia, Romania.

Join the conference and enjoy a comprehensive technical program with oral and poster sessions, invited presentations, special sessions for student papers, as well as social events: Welcome Cocktail, trip and Banquet including the ceremony for Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers in one of the conference topics:

  1. Nanoscience and nanoengineering
  2. Micro- and nanophotonics and optoelectronics
  3. Microwave and millimeter wave circuits and systems
  4. Microsensors and microsystems; semiconductor devices
  5. Integrated circuits.

Papers submission deadline: June 3, 2024
